We live in an era of heightened geopolitical instability and the ensuing conflicts require systems designed to defend our nations borders and protect its people from any form of aerial threat across all domains. 

Aerospace and Missile Defense has become a multi billion dollar business globally and our team has developed a strong understanding of this sector and its complex interconnections. 

Global expenditures on Aerospace and Missile Defense are projected to reach $30 billion by 2026 and $40 billion by 2033 at a CAGR 4.5%.

It is of course of considerable note that on January 27th, 2025 President Trump signed an Executive Order creating the Golden Dome Missile Defense initiative designed to protect and defend the continental United States from aerial threats from peer and near peer adversaries.

The extraordinary program, in and of itself, should provide Citadel with a broad range of opportunities. 

Citadel Air Defense Systems llc will function as a Special Purpose Vehicle for the purpose of acquiring companies that are cash flow positive, scalable, have forward looking management and a healthy backlog of business. 

The prime defense contractors would be our main customers.

By acquiring companies that produce critical parts and components for a range of aerial defense systems we try to do our part to make the world a safer place.
